Water Bills
- Water bills are sent out quarterly
- There is a $60.00 Meter Deposit (refunded when you move out)
- There is a $5.00 Service Charge for hook-up fee
Basic Charges:
- Water - $51.36
- Sewer - $31.20
- Recycling - $5.85
Anything over 12,000 gallons or 55 cubic metres will be charged extra fees
