20/20 Strategic Plan
Achieving 20/20 Vision
To achieve our 20/20 Vision several key steps must occur, starting with a bottom up approach to planning, whereby staff from all levels of the organization is involved in the development of our Vision. This is followed by broad community consultation and finally ratification by Mayor and Council.
In addition to our 20/20 Vision Master Document, each of our focus areas will have a specific plan that lays out a detailed map of how we are going to specifically achieve our broad based strategies. In addition, all community stakeholders will be able to access any part of our 20/20 Vision plan on line, having the opportunity to provide suggestions and feedback at anytime. Our plan is a living-breathing document that will be regularly used to determine how successful we are in achieving our Vision.
All future strategies, studies, reports and plans will be correlated into our Master Plan to ensure that there is continuity between all departments and the directives of Mayor and Council. As we move toward sustainability and a successful future, we know that the journey will not be easy. We as a community are confident that by following the path set forth we will achieve economic prosperity and a superior quality of life that will be enjoyed by all who work, play, invest and retire in our vibrant, pristine mountain community.
