The Grande Cache area is known for its excellent fishing. Several area lakes are stocked, but Grande Cache’s creeks are the real secret with provincially-renowned fly-fishing opportunities. Travel in August and September for the best fishing. Fishing licenses are available in town, and anglers can contact Alberta Sustainable Resources for current regulations.
