RECYCLING IN GRANDE CACHE

BLUE BIN RECYCLING CHANGES January 7, 2019

On January 7th, 2019, GFL Environmental will begin collecting the blue bin recycling on a new,
bi-weekly collection schedule every other Monday. Please have your carts curbside by 7:00 am. 
*Recyclables are still required to be clean and blue-bagged. See revised acceptable items list and pickup schedule attached.

*Large blue recycling bins are available at the Ball Diamonds for paper, plastic, tin, glass and cardboard

Recycling is important for our community and environment. Please use the various locations around Town to dispose of your recycling, making Grande Cache greener one step at a time.

BOTTLE BINGE DEPOT

Program Information
Grande Cache Residents are encouraged to donate recyclable bottles/cans at the Bottle Binge Depot, located at the entrance of the Grande Cache Landfill.  Greenview will then donate the collected bottles to a local, non profit organization from Grande Cache.

How to apply
Non-profit organizations are invited to apply to collect the donated bottles from the Bottle Binge Depot. Please fill out the Agreement Form
 
Please email completed forms to enviroadmin@mdgreenview.ab.ca.

Applicants must be a non-profit organizations to apply:
  • The organization will then be contacted stating that their group is eligible to pick up the recyclable bottles stored at the Grande Cache Landfill
  • The selected organization must pick up the bottles within five (5) days from the date of contact to collect the bottles or they will forfeit their right to collect the bottles at this time
